Honing is often the final processing of parts,so the honing effect directly affects the final quality and performance of the product.Nowadays pneumatic measurement technology is widely used in honing,because it has the advantages of high measurement accuracy,good measurement stability,good self-cleaning,no damage to the surface quality of the workpiece and so on.It is important to form the closed-loop control system of honing machine Link.Therefore,the accuracy of the pneumatic measuring system of the honing machine directly affects the precision of honing,which affects the quality of the workpiece.It is necessary to analyze the influence of environmental factors on the accuracy of aerodynamic measurement.Compared with abroad,China’s honing machine in the manufacturing level,processing accuracy,control methods have a greater gap,especially honing online aerodynamic measurements only play a comparative role in the shape,shape accuracy and surface quality can only be completed in the process After the next line measurement.However,the pneumatic measurement system can not provide real-time on-line measurements for the honing process,due to the fact that the measurement results are greatly influenced by the measurement environment during the process,and the gas needs to break through the honing fluid and collide with the surface The gas jets in the slits are complex and the honing fluid flow,temperature,and cutting debris in the honing area are mixed,resulting in varying degrees of influence on the measurement accuracy.Therefore,the pneumatic measurement system can not provide real-time on-line measurement for honing,which greatly restricts the development of honing machine level.Therefore,by studying the honing process area measurement environment honing liquid temperature,flow changes on the accuracy of aerodynamic measurement of the law for the aerodynamic measurement technology is very good for honing machine tools to provide the basis.Based on the study of hydrodynamics and aerodynamic measurement,combined with the characteristics of honing,the dynamic mathematical model of differential pressure honing aerodynamic measurement is established for the first time.The numerical analysis method is used to analyze the effect of honing head,The honing liquid in the slit movement;through the FLUENT simulation of honing liquid temperature changes and flow rate changes will affect the measurement results;according to the need,combined with 2MK2210 CNC honing machine design of the aerodynamic measurement orthogonal experiment,focusing on verification of external environmental factors The influence of the flow rate and the temperature on the measurement accuracy is analyzed.The influence of the influence factors on the accuracy of the honing pneumatic measurement in the processing area is analyzed by the analysis method.Its primary and secondary factors.
