Oil shale is one of the most important energy resources,with its abundant,comprehensive development and utilization of high feasibility,is listed as one of the alternative sources of energy in 21 century.According to calorific value calculation,fossil energy reserves in the world,the total reserves of oil shale after coal,ranking second.As a biomass,camellia oleifera shell is composed of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin,which has high volatile content and low ash content.Biomass is a very important renewable energy,large production,transportation,storage,low price,great potential for development.The rational utilization of biomass energy has a very important significance for the full use of resources and environmental protection.The oil shale combustion and biomass mixing can improve the combustion performance of blended fuel,ease of boiler high temperature corrosion of heating surface of fly ash and slag,make full use of biomass fuel and reduce waste and bring negative influence on the environment and so on.The carbonization of the oil shale produced by semi coke processing is one of the oil shale industry problems.In China for the treatment of semi coke can not get the correct method,as most waste to pile up,the residual value of camellia oleifera shell and oil shale semi coke combustion can use a large number of low calorific value of waste,reduce the harm to the environment and groundwater at the same time,semi coke and true ignorance of residue mixed after combustion of the carbon content of less than 2%,can be directly used in building materials industry or chemical industry,the oil shale industry without solid residue stacking.Therefore it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the mixing combustion of camellia oleifera shell and oil shale / semi coke.The combustion characteristics,interaction and kinetics analysis of camellia shell,oil shale and their blends using TGA were studied in this paper.The combustion of oil shale only had one peak and the temperature of main combustion range was 258-551?.The camellia shell could be divided into two stages.186418? was the main combustion stage which was about the combustion of volatile and 293.7? reached the peak as for the fast speed of the combustion of this stage.418574? as the main combustion range of fixed carbon,due to the relatively low fixed carbon content,the DTG curve showed a high temperature shoulder width of the peak.About fire performance and combustion intensity,the camellia shell was better than oil shale,so that adding camellia shell to oil shale could improve the overall combustion performance.With the camellia shell mixing ratio increased,the ignition temperature and burnout temperature of blends were decreased,combustion intensity improved and favorable for stable combustion.Because of the high as content of oil shale,heat and mass transfer was resistant,volatile mixture in the main combustion zone?350450??the inhibitory effect of thermal weight loss.However,the alkali metal elements was contained in both ash which had the catalytic effect for combustion and it promoted the combustion performance in the period of residue burn.With the increase of the camellia shell mixing ratio,activation energy decreased continuously on the whole,which also showed that adding camellia shell certain was conducive to the ignition characteristics of oil shale and full combustion.Oil shale char still has a calorific value of a considerable portion of the available experimental study of oil shale semi coke and the shell in different mixing ratio of combustion and combustion characteristics index,weight loss of interaction may exist in the process of combustion,and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method was used for dynamic analysis.The results show that due to the volatilization of dry distillation of light fractions,400? before char char combustion does not occur only slow weightlessness,combustion performance using Camellia shell is much better than that of semi coke,the camellia shell mixed in the semi coke is beneficial to the local two comprehensive utilization of resources.But with the semi coke blending ratio increases,mixing the ignition temperature and burnout temperature increases,the combustion speed slows down,the slower the rate of weight loss.After the mixing ratio of semi coke is greater than 50%,the comprehensive combustion index of the mixed sample will be less than 0.2 ×10-06min-2?,and the combustion characteristics will be decreased greatly.The combustion process of oil shale and oil shale / semi coke was analyzed by infrared spectrum.The results showed that the camellia shell and oil shale combustion,the combustion peak curve and the DTG curve in the peak position of CO,CO2 and SO2 basically absorbed in product gas,mixing samples with increasing content of Camellia shell,the typical combustion products of CO and CO2 content increased significantly,the ignition temperature,absorption peak curve offset to the low temperature side;for the CO combustion of semi coke and camellia shell,with the increase of the mixing ratio of char samples,CO and CO2 were significantly decreased,SO2 content increased,semi coke C-O,the absorption peak of C=O curve and the 0 degree line overlap.A large proportion of mixed semi coke mixed sample delayed ignition temperature and burnout temperature,unfavorable combustion characteristics of the mixed sample,but the smaller proportion of semi coke in strengthening fixed carbon and carbon residue combustion will be a mixture of improving the combustion rate.Considering the mixing ratio of the impact on the overall combustion characteristics,combustion index,activation energy,the concentration of sulfur dioxide emissions and combustion characteristics of oil shale in the combustion process in the mixing of Camellia shell biomass,biomass suggest mass ratio can reach about 50% is preferred;mixed disposal of oil shale semi coke in biomass combustion equipment with.Considering the combustion characteristics of semi coke and possible treatment,the use of its energy,with semi coke mixed content does not exceed 30% in camellia shell.
