| Titanium was hailed as modern metal strategic metal,which is valued increasingly with the continually promoted application field,it is indispensible strategic supply raising the standards of defense equipment.The power stability played an important part in improving the quality of products,so strategic sense and good social benefits will be obtained by developing the power rectifier,which had adaptable automatic controlled system and operated reliably.Firstly the principle of vacuum consumable arc melting method was expatiated in the paper,combined with the plasma arc characteristic,the characteristic of the direct current power was concluded.Then the design scheme of power was determined according to the smelting technology,by comparing the characteristics of various circuits,the double anti star with six pulses balanced reactor circuit was adopted as the main circuit,and the principle was concluded.Meanwhile TMS320F28335 which achieved digital control power with CPLD,was adopted as the controlled central of the trigger system,according to the volt ampere characteristic the paper analyzed the trigger system,and introduced the design of hardware circuit,including DSP、the peripheral circuit of CPLD、A/D signal collection circuit and three phase locking circuit.The power adopted S7-200 PLC to achieve logic controller,and established the communication based on MODBUS protocol to monitor the operation,including the fault detection and the set point.The feedback of electrical value and operation condition achieved the transmission between the process data and the electrical value,increasing the automation.The research platform meeting the demand of the melting technology was built,through the test of the are and operation,the data indicated that the power operated stability and automatically,it demonstrated the effectiveness of digital control,so it was beneficial to the application of the titanium smelting rectifier power supply with digital control system. |
