| Intelligent oil well is an important measure to improve the level of management and control,energy saving and consumption reduction.On the one hand with oil for a long time exploitation of crude oil,oil quantity decreased gradually,and with more and more serious electric power waste;on the other hand,by the international economic constraints,prices gradually decline,resulting in oil pumping efficiency will decrease.So well pumping intelligent is an urgent problem to be solved,and research of intelligent oil well face three major problems to be solved:firstly,the level of digital management in well need to improve;secondly,Chinese oil stripper wells have empty pumping problems;thirdly,the driving motor is not comprehensive security protection and fault diagnosis.Analyze the system structure and working principle of the beam pumping,in view of the existing problems in indicator diagram and stoke measurement technology,put forward by electric power forecast shows diagram model and electric power measuring stroke of soft measurement technology.Analyze the change of liquid level during the opening and closing of pumping unit,according to the change of the liquid level of analysis the reasonable pumping time to manually set the shutdown time initial value and downhole liquid supply rules do not match the problem,application of adaptive control system can solve this problem,and the variable step size control method and improve the efficiency of the system.The basic protection theory,the electrical characteristics and protection technology of oil pumping motors are studied,which includes the start,short current,over current,three-phase unbalance and overheating fault feature;to drive motor broken rotor bar fault characteristics and diagnosis method research,Fourier transformation is used to eliminate fault signal in the presence of the baseband signal interference problem,obtained by Hilbert transform after Fourier transform,the baseband signal into a DC component,so as to solve the problems of fundamental frequency interference.The design of intelligent oil well pumping oil measurement and control system,developed on the structure of DSP + MCU as the core of the intelligent measurement and control unit module,the realization of the driving motor electric parameters collection,display,comprehensive protection,fault diagnosis and smoke control.The intelligent measurement and control unit module which is used in the laboratory experiment,and the experimental results are analyzed,and the problems are improved.Through field experiment conducted in three districts in four factory of Zhongyuan Oilfield showed that design of intelligent oil well pumping oil measurement and control system prototype measurement with high accuracy,perfect protection function.The system can satisfy the actual needs of the production wells,effectively reduce the oil well electric energy loss,accurate completion of pumping oil machine electricity can acquisition,security protection and fault diagnosis,effectively improves the economy and reliability of oil production.The system has good application value in engineering. |
