At present,there are many problems such as high energy consumption,low production efficiency and unstable quality in the dyeing process.The research on effective detection method of dyeing liquor in the dyeing process,help to optimize dyeing process and production efficiency.Laser interference measurement technology has ultrahigh measurement accuracy and sensitivity,it can make up for the shortcomings of current dyeing process detection methods and provide new ideas for dye detection.The main contents are as follows:(1)A detection method of dye uniformity by laser interferometry is proposed.Detecting system of uniformity detection based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer was designed and interference images on different uniformity degree were obtained.According to the characteristics of interference images,judging criteria was set and the operation interface was designed by using MATLAB/GUI,which achieves rapid detection of dye uniformity.(2)A detection method of dye concentration based on laser feedback interferometer is proposed.Research on the process of the laser transmission dye by using quantum mechanical theory,analysis of dye concentration and optical phase relationship.Dye concentration detection system of laser feedback interferometer was designed and the dye concentration measurement model was established,which have the advantages of simple model,good detection linearity and wider detection range.(3)Propose a synthesis method of mixed dye concentration measurement model,The process of absorbance change with concentration was regarded as the first order inertia,a single component dye concentration measurement model was established,According to the single component dye model,the mixed dye model was synthesized.Through the research,the colored spot problem caused by the uniformity of dyes was overcome,a high concentration detection method of dye was designed,and the convenience of dye performance analysis was improved.
