Templated borates have a variety of structure and excellent physical and chemical properties.B atoms and O atoms can form BO3 plane triangle and BO4 tetrahedron which can form other boron oxygen anion structures of different sizes further,such as isolated island,chain,layer and three-dimensional structure.Owing to diverse structures,templated borates are significant source of function materials which have potential magnetic properties,optical performance,etc.In this thesis,three templated borates were synthesized under solvothermal conditions by the reaction of boric acid,organic amine,DMF,or metal ions.Their crystal structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction data,and further characterized by thermal gravity analysis,FT IR spectroscopy,element analysis,powder X-ray diffraction.The templated borate Ni[N(CH2CH2NH2)3]·[B5O7(OH)3](Compound 1)belongs to P21/c monoclinic space group,isolated structure with the following cell parameters:a=8.9720(8)?,b=20.6887(19)?,c=9.3441(9)?,?=90.00 °,?=99.930(2)°,?=90.00°,Z=4,V=1708.46 ?3.The templated borate [Ni(en)3]2·[B7O10(OH)3]Cl2(Compound 2)belongs to P-1triclinic space group,1-D chain structure with the following cell parameters:a=8.9841(18)?,b = 14.265(3)?,c=14.937(3)?,?=95.556(3)°,?=94.572(2)°,?=91.183(2)°,Z=4,V=1898.47 ?3.The templated borate Ni(en)3·[B5O7(OH)2BO(OH)2]·2H3O(Compound 3)belongs to P21 monoclinic space group,1-D chain structure with the following cell parameters: a =7.7494(17)?,b = 8.9548(18)?,c = 15.724(3)?,? = 90.00 °,? = 92.580(19)°,? = 90.00 °,Z = 4,V = 1090.05?3.Especially,Compound 3 has chirality.On the basis of experiment by my senior sister apprentice,effects have made to prepare thin film and improve its ferroelectric property using [C6N2H15]·[B5O6(OH)4] in this thesis.Thin film has a very thin thickness and a high ferroelectric performance,and its size andthickness are easily controlled.Thin film is very stable and can be simply prepared and reduplicated.Chemistry materials used in this reaction are cheap,facile heavy metal free and environmentally friendly.Thin film has both high-performance ferroelectric and good flexibility,so it is compatible with wearable devices.
