Municipal solid waste is the solid wastes produced in daily life for city activity and service, which is one of the main pollutants in urban environment.Landfill gas, which accounts for 40 to 60 percent of methane,is both important greenhouse gas and an important source of energy. This paper is analyzed by means of laboratory simulation of adding different microbial agents and fermentation parameters(temperature, medium temperature)on the impact of anaerobic fermentation gases. We analyze the characteristics of gas and liquid, and the relationship between microbial community,so as to reveal the different factors affect the mechanism of microbiology. The main results and conclusions are as follows:1.Microorganism concentration and species in garbage samples are greatly influenced by temperature. In the normal temperature fermentation phase,Microorganisms are in rich variety but low concentration. On the contrary,In the middle temperature fermentation phase,Microorganisms are in high concentration but poor variety, however, the percentage of methane are increasing.Visibly,35? is conducive to produce more methane.2.Checking the OTU form,Only the Proteiniphilum acetatigenes and Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron in group D survive. It reinforces the decomposition of organic matter especially protein, resulting in the improve of gas production and gas rate.To group D,average gas production is 1353.67 ml,19.27%~57.59%higher than others;cumulative gas production is 966.90ml/Kg,19.12%~57.58% higher than others.3.VFA?TOC?COD in biogas slurry rise rapidly on account of the multiplication of acid-forming bacteria. After the peak production period, the proportion of Methanobacterium in group D reched 10.16%,which was significantly higher than that of other groups. The percentage of the volume of methane in the D group was 43.28%,while the total number of Z,X,and K groups was about 22 percent, and the Q group was at 19.98%.4.In this experiment, the VFA,TOC and COD were all at higher levels, while the highest percentage of TOC and COD was lower, with the TOC no more than 35% and COD no more than 28%.Because the system is closed, the loss of the biogas slurry is less, and the organic concentration is higher. The biogas slurry can be used as liquid fertilizer.
