China's coal mining area continues to expand,and mining intensity is gradually increasing,the mine's gas problem has gradually highlighted,and part of the coal mine for high-gas mine.The main features of the high-gas mine are: the factors that cause the occurrence of gas accidents,the wide range of hazards,and the serious consequences.Depth study of coal gas drainage theory,the rational layout of the gas drainage process parameters,the use of advanced and feasible coal mining technology,select a reasonable working surface ventilation,strengthen the daily management of gas,making the gas control methods and a variety of gas control technology Parameters are reasonable and feasible,these gas management content needs to be further research,demonstration.Therefore,we must accumulate the valuable experience of predecessors,according to the actual situation of high-gas mine,improve the technical level,to prevent accidents.Baode coal mine in 2015 as a high-gas mine,compared with other coal mines,the characteristics of its gas emission in the following areas: the relative amount of coal gas emission is not the largest amount of absolute emission,coal mining face The accumulation of local gas is increasing,and the gas emission from the face is mainly due to the unevenness of the methane distribution and the gas emission.Based on the technical conditions of coal mining and the occurrence of coal seam gas,the gas emission of 81306 fully mechanized top coal caving face is studied.By analyzing the gas emission pattern of coal seam,goaf and working face of 81306 fully mechanized coal caving face,Combined with the actual situation of fully mechanized top coal caving face,the gas emission is not the law at all,coal mining process is different,the gas emission is not the same,and the difference between the larger.The amount of gas emission occurs in the caving coal when the larger;and cutting coal,coal mining face gas emission will become smaller.When the working face of caving coal and cutting coal with the time,the mine gas emission to the maximum,prone to gas overrun.The most fundamental measure to control the gas in the 81306 fully mechanized top coal caving face is to reduce the emission of the gas in the working face,and the method of suppressing the gas emission can be used when the gas emission in the working face is small.In this paper,the measures to control the mine gas emission are: the use of tailings and goaf buried pipe;along the roof to go drilling;pre-pumping coal in the gas and other methods for governance.According to the actual situation of Baode coal mine,the main use of pre-pumping coal gas,improve the ventilation system,change the ventilation(increase into the lane or return airway),the use of pressure ventilation,reduce the ventilation system air leakage and reduce ventilation resistance,The use of ground drilling and roof drilling,the use of tailings and high pumping and other methods to solve the problem of gas accidents.The use of higher technology to prevent and control coal mining a major gas disaster and other issues,so that Baode coal mine toward a high security,high yield and efficient development.
