| Intelligent manufacturing,the main development direction of mechanical manufacturing automation,updated the concept of manufacturing automation and extended the concept to the flexible and intelligent and highly integrated.Machine vision technology was an important part of intelligent manufacturing and it was applied to the machine manufacturing,greatly improving the production efficiency and the degree of automation.In order to solve the problem of high labor intensity and inefficiency of manual punching and realize the automation of configuration process and punching blanking process,a plan based on the machine vision of ordinary punch was presented to achieve automatic configuration and automatic blanking,while the algorithm of automatic configuration and automatic blanking was researched.With the research,the automatic blanking algorithm could be spread in the irregular sheet which was used as raw material,and both the utilization of irregular sheet metal and the economic effectiveness of the small and medium-sized enterprises would be improved greatly with the minimum cost.The concrete research contents were:(1)The system design scheme based on machine vision.In this section,with the existing technology and equipment,the whole system reconstruction scheme based on machine vision and open system was proposed.Sections of the system,such as mechanical components,machine vision and control system,were researched and designed correspondingly in detail.The design,optimization and selection of the core parts of the hardware and software in the machine vision system were emphatically described.The reconstruction system with machine vision at the core was built and with the ordinary punch automation reconstruction based on machine vision,the automatic configuration and blanking of the irregular sheet metal were implemented.(2)Algorithm research of the machine vision.A complete implementation of machine vision system would go through the process of image acquisition,camera calibration,image preprocessing,image segmentation,feature extraction and the control process,and every process was done by machine vision algorithm.In order to achieve the development of machine vision system algorithm,full studies of the main algorithm had been done and the development of camera calibration algorithm and the configuration algorithm were provided theoretical bases.(3)The research and application of monocular vision calibration algorithm.To determine the actual location of the sheet metal in the machine coordinate system and correct the position deviation caused by distortion error,etc,the research and application of monocular vision calibration algorithm had been carried on.On the basis of full calibration theory research,calibration model was established,the experimental platform was built and HALCON area-array cameras calibration method was chosen to do the camera calibration.The method had high precision and could satisfy the actual requirements.(4)The research and implementation of automatic configuration algorithm of the sheet metal.Automatic configuration algorithm was the core content in machine vision algorithm.This part expounded the development and debugging of the automatic configuration algorithm of the sheet metal in the Hdevelop programming environment including backlit area image acquisition,image segmentation,the implementation of configuration algorithm before the selection and the selection of the complete blanking and location of complete blanking on the sheet metal.The extraction of complete blanking location and its number provided the necessary parameters to the control system,and laid the foundation of automatic configuration. |
