As the brace of the petroleum chemical industry that the ethylene is an important symbolof national industrial production,and plays a key role in the economic prosperity of the country.In recent years,China’s ethylene production has increased dramatically,However,compared with some developed countries,there are still many problems such as high energy consumption,energy input and product output.To solve this problem,we establish energy efficiency monitoring system of ethylene production process,based on the ethylene energy situation monitoring,assessment and diagnosis methods for the scientific management of the ethylene production efficiency,we propose to evaluate the yield of ethylene from the production efficiency,we propose to evaluate the yield of ethylene from the production technology level angle,the ethylene yield shows that the relationship between input costs and product output,it is reflect the important economic indicators of ethylene production capacity.In order to achieve the highest production rate,which is put forward by “industrial 4.0”,namely,using the quantitative resources to achieve the highest output,we propose to evaluate the ethylene production per unit energy consumption in ethylene production.Finally,we propose to evaluate the energy load index to the total energy consumption.The whole process of ethylene was evaluated by the three indexes of great significance to improve the production efficiency of ethylene.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Review the subject research background.Clarify the meaning of this article research.Described the reaction mechanism and technological process of the cleavage process,quenching process,compression process and the separation process in the production process of ethylene.(2)Analyzed the energy consumption in the whole process of ethylene production,summarized the material balance and energy balance of ethylene production system.then puts forward the corresponding indicators of energy efficiency,choose the ethylene yield,yield per unit energy consumption of ethylene,the energy load of three indicators,these three indicators were evaluated respectively from ethylene yield,production efficiency and energy consumption three angle of ethylene production.For monitoring the state of ethylene production and optimizing production operations and maximize energy efficiency is of great significance.We selected the Pearson coefficient method for input variables for the screening of three indicators,based on particle swarm optimization of BP neural network method to establish the forecast model of the three indicators,using field data has carried on the simulation of the model.(3)With the establish ethylene index prediction model as the core,apply to the advancednetwork technology to build the forecast evaluation module in the ethylene production process inspection system energy efficiency,combining theory with practice,the better monitoring and guidance of ethylene production,in order to improve ethylene energy efficiency,build a solid foundation for the optimization of industrial process.
