| This paper is targeted the current market elastic fiber type and single functional status,through a variety of raw materials of composite spinning,adding UV irradiation online equipment and electron beam irradiation process in the traditional spinning machine,to produce a functional composite elastic fiber.The main raw material used in this project is the polyolefin elastomer POE 6202,which is widely used in the market,and joined the phenyl content is 1.3%,molecular weight is130 thousand’s phenyl silicone rubber,and compound mixing on twin screw extruder.And then the blended masterbatch was prepared by melt spinning process.Through the discussion of the influencing factors of melt spinning,the spinning temperature of the case is 200℃ and the spinning speed is 350m/min.At the same time in the spinning process,the traditional spinning machine for the improvement of the equipment,the tow from the orifices after adding on-line ultraviolet irradiation device,and joined the water cooling device in the draft before the primary winding,wire can be fully cooled.At last,the spun yarn was treated by electron beam irradiation under vacuum.This study was prepared by multi functional polyolefin / silicone rubber composite elastic fiber by scanning electron microscopy,fiber strength test,crosslinking degree,Fu Liye analysis,infrared spectroscopy and X ray diffraction techniques for the characterization of composite fiber.The conclusion is: after ultraviolet irradiation,the fiber surface curing degree is considerable;the mechanical properties of fiber as the irradiation dose increases in a certain range,the elastic properties and tensile properties of fibers is increased;after radiation crosslinking treatment,the crystallinity of cellulose decreased.Finally,the optimal radiation dose of composite fiber was 90kGy. |
