With the development of biological science,it has been found that biological molecules such as enzymes, antibodies, proteins play an important role in people's daily life. The production of some diseases is closely related to the content of biological molecules in the body, such as bilirubin, endotoxin and so on.It is always a difficult problem to separate and purify target biomolecules from organisms. The appearance of affinity membrane separation technology has greatly improved the efficiency of separation and purification of biomolecules, becoming a hot spot of research at present.First of all,in this paper,PVA-co-PE nanofibers with good hydrophilicity were used as the affinity membrane materials, and the membrane was activated by NaOH solution. The activated membrane was modified by cyanuric chloride. Then, the nanofiber membrane was grafted with 1,3-propanediamine,hexamethylenediamine and diethylenetriamine respectively, and the surface morphology and surface element composition of nanofiber membranes were analyzed by SEM,XPS and FTIR.The effects of different amine modified nanofiber membranes on the bilirubin adsorption were compared under the same conditions. The effects of temperature, initial bilirubin concentration and ionic strength on the adsorption of bilirubin on Diethylenetriamine-modified affinity membranes were studied. In addition, the dynamic adsorption process of Diethylenetriamine-modified affinity membrane on bilirubin was studied.Secondly,in this paper,PVA-co-PE nanofiber membranes were grafted with iminodiacetic acid, and then nickel ions were immobilized on nanofiber membranes, and then their effects on hemoglobin adsorption were studied. The surface morphology and chemical structure of the nanofiber membrane were analyzed by SEM and FTIR-ATR,and the effects of temperature, initial hemoglobin concentration,pH value and ionic strength on the adsorption efficiency were explared. In addition,in this paper,PVA-co-PE nanofiber membranes were grafted with iminodiacetic acid, and then the ferrous ions were immobilized on the nanofiber membrane. The surface morphology and chemical structure of the nanofiber membranes were analyzed by SEM and FTIR-ATR,and the effects of temperature, ionic strength, initial hemoglobin concentration and pH value on the adsorption efficiency were studied.
