| With the development of microelectronics technology,the utilization rate of electronic components in equipment or system is increasing and the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)problem is becoming increasingly serious.In the work of quality evaluation about locomotive,some corresponding standards on the problem of EMC are also put forward.In order to effectively solve the electromagnetic interference(EMI)problem of key electrical elements in locomotive,this paper will focus on the study of electromagnetic wave absorption of the surface machined by EDM.Firstly,based on the mechanism of electro discharge texturing(EDT),this paper analyzes the development processes of the discharge and the formation mechanism of the surface morphology.It is concluded that the textured surface is uniformly covered with concave and convex structure.Then,this paper takes electrical parameters of EDM machine tool as the leading factor to analyze the impact of electrical parameters on surface morphology.The results show that the average diameter of pits on the surface is greatly influenced by pulse width,and the effect of peak current on pit diameter is irregular,but it plays a major role in pit depth.Then,based on the analysis of the random rough surface,this paper uses FDTD Solutions software to simulate the electromagnetic wave absorbing processes on rough surface.It shows that the height root-mean-square(RMS)of the rough surface has a great effect on surface reflection field and transmissivity,the higher the RMS is,the less the reflection field is,the smaller the transmissivity is.However,the surface correlation length plays a minor effect on reflection and transmissivity,with the increase of correlation length,reflection field distribution is artistically spaced,transmissivity was first decrease and then increase.Finally,the reflected wave of the sample was respectively measured by integrating sphere light-flux meter in this paper.It shows that the textured surface has good absorbing property.With the increase of pulse width,surface reflection wave significantly decrease first and then increase as "U" trend.With the increase of peak current,the absorbing rate of the infrared light increase first and then decrease as "(?)" trend. |
