| China is a large country of aquaculture.In China,rivers and lakes are distributed extensively,sea area is also very broad,so there are a wide range of aquatic animals.This paper mainly solves the problem of utilization of waste calm shells.Most of the shellfish aquatic products are processed into food,and the shells are mostly discarrded during the processing.Not only brings great pressure to our living environment,also cause a waste of bio-calcium and amino acids in shells.Then add bio-calcium extracted from calm shells into silicone rubber and test the rubber’s performence.The result shows that the bio-calcium extracted from calm shells can be used as reinforced filler,to improve the rubber’s performance.It saves the dosage of usual fillers.It has potential vavule in the field of biotechnolology and food.Extraction of protein from shells by using alkila extraction-acid precipitation is investigated.Amino acid compositions of shell-protein are also analyzed with UV absorption spectrum,Kjeldahl Niteogen determination method and amino acid automatic analyzer.The result shows that the best distilling condition is that the solid to liquid ratio is 1:40,the pH is 11.0,the temperature is 50℃ and the extraction time is 4h,the shell-protein has 16 kinds of amino acid,including 6 kinds essential amino acid.This not only protect our living enviroment,but also make the waaste become resoure.Bio-calcium,fumed sillica and precipitated sillica,according to a ratio,are mixed up,then test the Apperance,Hardness,Tensile Strength(MPa),Proof Tracking Index(PTI)of the hot cue silicone.The analysis shows that the strength and proof tracking index of the room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber is obviously improved by adding a proper percentage of bio-calcium extracted from calm shells.Not only decrease the cost of silicion rubber preparation,also realize the effective utilization of waste resources. |
