The value of art is getting more and more people’s approval.In order to preserve some old and valuable artworks forever,replicas are to process according to their prototypes.The replicas can be exhibited synchronously in different regions and exhibition pavilions,which lets people better understand the value of the craftsmen producing artworks.For the market demand of art preservation forever,this topic research and put forward rapid reverse design based on NURBS free-form surface art reconstruction and simulation process technology.At first,the artwork data is measured by 3D laser scanner.Then 3D model is constructed through NURBS free-form surface reconstructing technology.And production-oriented five-axis simulation machine tools are set up and the program for five-axis NC machining technology is made up.At last,the replica shall be processed.At first,as the rapid art imitation and the research status of five-axis simulation machine tools are analyzed,this article determines the overall scheme design of art reverse design and simulation process,including rapid art imitation design and five-axis machine simulating process design.Secondly,this paper discusses the principle of point cloud measuring and splicing for artwork and builds the interpolation algorithm to reconstruction according to the definition and characteristic of NURBS free-form surface reconstruction.According to the characteristics of enterprise’s actual raw molding five-axis machine tools,it also studies the control system parameters and the driving mode of processing procedure of simulation machine and other key technology.Finally,a processing example of human body art verifies the feasibility of a rapid reverse design and the necessity of simulation machine.For the design of the rapid art imitation and five-axis machine tools machining scheme,the processing data of simulating art is permanent.The exploring of simulating processing on five-axis machine tools provides an effective method for training the relevant talents,which solves the bottleneck restricting the development of CNC five-axis high skills talents.
