At present,China's aluminum alloy die-casting products artificial grinding industry with the sharp rise in labor costs and product quality instability,resulting in lower economic efficiency of enterprises.To improve production efficiency and ensure product quality,industrial robots are used in the field of grinding,becoming the industry trend.This paper combines the aluminum alloy die casting grinding process,through the analysis of the grinding process requirements,the combination of industrial robots and servo technology to design a set of multi-gauge die casting automatic grinding equipment,not only for the development of enterprises has important reality Significance,for the entire casting grinding industry development also has important practical significance.On the basis of related literature at home and abroad,this paper expatiates on the development of automatic polishing castings,and the application of industrial robots in the field of automatic grinding were summarized,the analysis of the present all kinds of casting grinding equipment proposed in this paper,on the basis of related research content.Based on the relevant product data at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of automatic grinding equipment,and designs the overall structure of the equipment according to the design goal of improving the production efficiency and ensuring the quality of the product.The mechanical structure of the industrial robot with double rotary table,To ensure the production efficiency,while the rail system and tray rotary device for detailed design,the use of roller guide roller structure,rotary pallet with hydraulic drive,smooth movement,reliable structure.Meet the requirements of grinding.And the cooling and dust removal device was explained,while industrial robots was selected to fit the grind device.On the premise of mechanical structure design,automatic polishing equipment for casting design,the control system of motor control system based on PLC is developed,based on machine vision and the qr code is proposed casting automatic identification system,and control of industrial robots and coordination problems between PLC control system.The design of the aluminum die casting automatic grinding equipment has the advantages of high grinding efficiency,convenient parts,wide adaptability of castings and so on.It can be applied in the post-treatment stage of castings,which can reduce the labor intensity of the workers,improve the production efficiency and increase economic benefits.
