With the growing demand of diversified and individualized woven bags in the plastic industry,according to the process of automatic sewing machine,a woven bag loading material conveying device is designed to realize the automatic loading and conveying of woven bags,while researching and solving the problem of uneven bag mouth caused by skidding during weaving bag conveying.Aiming at the basic function and design requirement of the new type woven bag loading device,the main research contents are as follows.1.The design of the whole structure of the loading conveying device is carried out,the key position structure and the driving element selection are calculated to ensure the compact structure,easy operation and beautiful appearance.2.The paper analyzes the causes of unwinding tension,establishes the mathematic model of the change of tension,determines the changing regularity of the coil radius of the woven bag during the unwinding process,and deduces the dynamic model of the relation between the tension change and the coil radius.3.By using finite element analysis to analyze the relationship between the frictional force distribution and the positive pressure of the conveyor traction roller,and the friction distribution regularity of the conveyor traction roller is obtained,while the relationship between the change of the conveyor tension and the pendulum angle of the tension roller is analyzed to study the reason of the slip deviation of the woven bag.4.Using Adams to optimize the length of tension pendulum roller swing rod,the tension fluctuation is small and the movement is stable in the process of swinging.The paper optimizes the roller shape of conveying traction roller with ansys,and finds out the feasibility optimization design parameters.Finally,summed up the research work done in this paper,combine with the actual situation,put forward the shortcomings of this study and further improvements are needed.
