Perovskite structural materials play an important role in the fields of the piezoelectric,ferroelectric,luminous,catalytic,magnetoresistance and other functional materials,which is a hot spot of materials science research.This paper focuses on the preparation of rare earth doped phosphorous and photocatalytic materials with perovskite structure and the related properties were studied.The main results are as follows:1.Preparation and research on the luminescent properties and photocatalytic performance of BaSiO3:Eu2+ materials with perovskite structure.The BaSiO3:Eu2+ were prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction and precipitation reaction.By contrasting luminescent properties of the phosphor materials,the results show that the BaSiO3:Eu2+ phosphor made by high temperature solid-state reaction is 505 nm green light emission,while the sample prepared by precipitation reaction is 570 nm yellow light emission.It is demonstrated that the intrinsic emission of Eu2+ in the perovskite BaSiO3 matrix is 570 nm yellow light emission,and the 505 nm green light emission reported in literature is derived from the luminescence of heterogeneous Ba2SiO4:Eu2+ generated during the high temperature solid-state reaction.Futhermore,we also studied the photocatalytic activity of BaSiO3:Eu2+ materials with pure perovskite structure.The results show that its photocatalytic performance is low.2.Preparation and research on the luminescent properties of SrTiO3:Pr3+/Eu3+ materials with perovskite structure.The SrTiO3:Pr3+/Eu3+ phosphor were prepared by sol-gel method and their luminescent properties were studied.It is found that the excitation of Pr3+ in SrTiO3:Pr3+ phosphor was due to the inter band absorption of matrix,the charge migration transition between Ti-O,and the defect level absorption,while the excitation of Eu3+ in SrTiO3:Eu3+ phosphor material is derived from the effective energy transfer achieved by the non-radiation cross relaxation process between the charge transfer state,matrix and Eu3+ ions.3.Preparation and research on the photocatalytic properties of rare earth doped SrTiO3 with perovskite structure.The Y,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb and Lu doped SrTiO3 photocatalyst were prepared by sol-gel method and their photocatalytic properties were also investigated.It can be found that the catalytic performance of Y3+ doped SrTiO3 photocatalyst was the best under the same conditions,and its utilization rate of light was up to 96%.Moreover,the effects of concentration change of Eu3+,preparation methods,pH values of the reaction solution and reaction atmospheres on the photocatalytic activity of Eu3+ doped perovskite structure SrTiO3 were analyzed.The results are as follows: under the same conditions,the degradation rate of RhB for 0.08 mol Eu3+ doped SrTiO3 was 70% after 160 min irradiation,while the photocatalytic activity for 0.02 mol Eu3+ doped SrTiO3 prepared by sol-gel method with pH=5 and sintered in air showed better and degradation rate was 92%.
