Taking dynamic pressure tailgate of 3111 working face of Shanxi Daping mine as the project background,using a combination of research methods of on-site research,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test,analyse and study the law of deformation and failure and the technology to control it systematically.Studies have shown that,weak surrounding rocks,complex stress,unreasonable supporting paramater and significant mining influence are main reasons resulting in large deformation.Different cooperating ways of mining and excavating,have diffetent influence on the roadway surroundings.From the viewpoints of the depth of plastic failure,the number of destroying unit,the area of damaging surroundings and the maximum deformation value,the cooperating way of mining ahead excavating has the least mining influence on roadway surroundings,better than the ways of excavating ahead mining,and excavating and mining at the same time.From the viewpoint of the average deformation value,the cooperating way of mining and excavating at the same time has the least influence,better than the other two ways.Analysis the stability of the three sets of roof rock beams,and based on the specific project of 3111 tailgate,the control scheme of "High Strength Resin Bolt + Anchor combined supporting" is proposed.At the same time,adding the support concept of "relying on the top and bottom,controlling the two sides",six kinds of programs designed are stimulated and analysed,and the optimal support program is determined ultimately.The detection results of field trials show that,brfore mining the average convergene of two sides is about 324 mm,78.4% less than the original plan's 1500 mm,and the roof-to-floor convergene is about 220 mm,63.3% less the original one's 600 mm.After mining,the convergene of two sides and roof-to-floor are 433 mm and 294 mm respectively.It means that the new support program has made a good supporting effect and surrounding rocks deformation has been controlled effectively,which accumulate much valuable experience for large deformation control technology of dynamic pressure roadway.
