The optimization design of the screw pump well production system affects the oil well’s production status and economic benefit directly,and the on-site parameter design of screw pump well is primarily dependent on the subjective experiences of the oil extraction personnel or empirical formulas,with much blindness.According to the optimization design software for the screw pump oil extraction system that has been developed,the design of the system parameter has no consideration for the oil well’s eccentric wear treatment,on the other hand,with lack of visualization features,the software is not convenient for oil extraction engineers to intuitively find the rules through the data.Therefore,this paper conducted further research on the optimization method for the parameter of the screw pump well system,and developed the "optimization design and visual simulation software for the parameter of the screw pump well".Through demand analysis for the software,the software developed in this paper is determined to have the main functions as follow.Conduct eccentric wear analysis on the rod and tube column of the screw pump well,and put forward the treatment plan for the eccentric wear;Conduct optimization design on the system parameter for the screw pump well,with consideration for the integral system parameter optimization together with the eccentric wear treatment in parameter design;Conduct visual simulation on the screw pump well manufacturing system.In order to achieve the above functions,this paper selected Visual Studio 2008 as the software’s development environment,to realize the visual simulation of the system combined with the OpenGL technology,using the Access database as the software’s data management tool.In the compilation of the software’s calculation module,this paper applied the "spring element method" of the finite element theory to analyze the eccentric wear of the screw pump well’s rod and tube column.By adding the imaginary "two-direction spring element" to solve the nonlinear contact problem of the rod and tube,and the centralizer adding scheme was determined according to the results of the finite element analysis.In the optimization design of the oil well system,this paper put forward the optimization design method combining the results of the finite element analysis and eccentric wear treatment plan.Starting from the well’s productivity prediction,through the production parameter optimization including the combination of rod and column,rotating speed of the screw pump,as well as pumping depth,the optimization design plan of the system parameter with consideration for the oil well track and eccentric wear treatment was obtained.In the realization of the software’s visualization functions,by computer graphics programming,this paper realized the 3D visualization simulation,3D interactive operation and 2d curve drawing of the data for the sucker rod and tubular column as well as the screw pump’s ground equipment based on the measured well track.Through the stratum partition along the well track,this paper optimized the model’s 3D visualization.Through section display of the contact for the rod and tube,the dynamic simulation of given depth and given time was realized. |
