| Biomass energy is a clean and reproducible energy which could be considered a storage form of solar energy by photosynthesis.Biomass is currently can be converted into liquid fuel instead of fossil fuels,so the utilization technology of biomass has a big significance on alleviating energy shortage and improving the ecological environment.Biomass pyrolysis technology is a common biomass thermal processing technology,with the expensive technology equipment manufacturing cost,the reaction conditions demanding and complicated composition,instability properties of bio-oil,those negative effect hindered its industrialization and widely used,but the use of oil processing technology mature to realize the biomass conversion,can largely reduce the production cost of biomass energy conversion using,and improve the development of biomass utilization efficiency.Depends on this group of related projects,this paper carried out experiments to deal with biomass delayed coking technology research,and discuss the mechanism.First has carried on the wood for a living material analysis and analysis of the properties of raw materials,including particle size,moisture content,bulk density and the thermo gravimetric analysis,the biomass pyrolysis temperature range is preliminary mastered.Then study the pure biomass delayed coking process,the reaction product with raw material particle size,reaction temperature,reaction time,the changing rule of the heating rate.The optimal reaction conditions for optimized,when wood grain size is 20 meshes,reaction temperature is 460 ℃,and the reaction time is 1 h.Under the reaction conditions,liquid production rate was 45.6%,the gas yield was 22.45%,the solid yield was 31.95%.The biomass conversion rate of 68.05%.GC-MS analysis for liquid products is done,bio-oil contained much substances such as alcohol,phenol,aldehyde,acids,compared with the fast pyrolysis process,this product does not contain the laevoglucose of large molecular weight.Due to the sawdust is solid powder,in order to use the existing refining unit to process biomass,and in a follow-up study,we add sawdust in the vacuum residuum suspension to realize continuous feed.Through the Sd-VR viscosity-temperature curve and slurry rheological curve analysis,the sawdust-VR coking add appropriate proportion of total is determined to sawdust/VR = 1:10.The effect factors of Sd-VR in coking was investigated,the optimal reaction temperature is 460 ℃,reaction time is 2 h,those provides reference for the industrial conditions.In order to explore biomass delayed coking process under the condition of thermal cracking,we research the mechanism of three main component biomass respectively,using infrared analysis the structure of the material,and GC-MS analysis of liquid products. |
