| Basing on the needs of petroleum reserves increasing,the raw petroleum storage tanks tend to be large in China.The double-deck floating roof has become the main recommend structure in large and super large tanks’ floating roof.However,the research achievements of design calculation method,experiment and finite element numerical dynamic simulation on double-deck floating roof that by the scholars at home and abroad are less.This paper makes in-depth study in the design and dynamic response problem of double-deck floating roof,providing referable of research results for the optimization design of large floating roof tanks.This paper base on the related computational methods of plates and shells theory’s rectangular thin plate,the single compartment model of double-deck floating roof have established.Calculating the single compartment stress extremal value of double-deck floating roof by The theoretical calculation method of rectangular thin plate and the numerical model finite established by element software ANSYS.There out,It is concluded that the calculation formula of the stress theory suitable for tank single compartment;Establishing the double-deck floating roof overall mechanical model that based on the circular thin plate calculation theory,and referring to the vibration of circular plate on viscoelastic foundation,the forced vibration equation that double-deck floating roof on the reservoir is concluded,and the theory analyzed for the critical load computational formula of whole floating roof is Carried out;For researching the dynamic response mechanism of the double-deck floating roof and storage tank,designing and fabricating the storage tank and double-deck floating roof experiment model,then conduct the experiments about the liquid level shaking(simulated enter oil,out oil)and shaking table test to the double-deck floating roof tank experiment model,the strain law that the double-deck floating roof model under the effect of various incentives are summarized,the shake amplitude of the floating roof that under the seismic action,and the influence that with the floating roof or not to the tank wall strain are analyzed.At the same time,the similar model to the experimental model of double-deck floating roof were established by the finite element program ADINA,the floating roof strain response law under seismic wave excitation that the same physical test have been calculated.Last,by comparing with the finite element numerical solution and the experimental results to proving the finite element calculation’s accuracy;Finally,the fluid-structure interaction natural vibration characteristics in fluid-structure interaction of one hundred and fifty thousand large sized double-deck floating roof tank model have been analyzed by finite element program.At the same time,the dynamic response rule that under the different liquid level and seismic wave of the double-deck floating roof also have been computational analyzed.at last,the influence that floating roof to the store liquid sloshing wave height has been analyzed. |
