Currently,many servicing pipelines have been running more than a decade,they began to enter the aging period,and problem of aging pipelines becoming increasingly serious.The corrosion not only results in heavy maintenance work and the amount of the pipeline update,but i also brings a lot of security issues,such as oil and gas pipeline leak caused by corrosion.Soil erosion and stray current corrosion is the main form of corrosion of buried metal pipes,soil erosion refers to the corrosion of buried pipeline due to moisture in the soil,dissolved salt,oxygen and microorganisms and so on.Stray current corrosion refers to the stray currents of land result in large potential difference causing a serious buried pipe corrosion.The need for corrosion mechanism of buried pipeline in the soil study conducted corrosion evaluation and prediction,which is great significance for economic development,oil and gas production and environmental security and is helpful for improving the safety and efficiency of oil pipeline running.Changqing Oilfield Jingxian underground pipeline has been running for 10 years.Combined with the analysis of corrosion,there may be different levels of pipeline corrosion,therefore we need to get accurate knowledge of the corrosion status and environmental factors,in order to carry out timely and effective corrosion control.For Changqing Oilfield Jingxian underground pipeline corrosion,the main pipeline corrosion corrosion led outside.Meanwhile evaluated the condition of the pipeline cathodic protection,investigated the situation along the soil corrosion and stray current and so on,some experts proposed several drainage proposal,and then gives the corrosion evaluation of the section of the pipeline to ensure the pipeline safe operation.
