In this paper,the self-elevating marginal oil field platform as the research object,carrying out a systematic study of oil platform type selection and the overall performance of self raising marginal oilfield.Through theoretical studies,numerical simulation,mainly for the following research work in four areas: self lifting type storage platform form selection,calculation of weight and center of gravity under different conditions,the study of overall performance of the platform,the key structure based on geological conditions(leg pile and pile shoe)optimal pattern research,the main research results summarized as follows:According to the environmental conditions and the operation of the mechanism in which the platform,the overall design of the platform,the overall layout,the main dimensions,the maximum storage capacity of the tank,heating systems,crude oil outside the transmission mode and the main indicators of the study design.Studies indicate,for each key indicator of the overall arrangement of the platform is the result of the optimal size of the platform.The weight and center of gravity location is a key parameter for the overall performance of the platform,directly affects the draft platform,floating stability,standing stability,load capacity platform lift system and the design strength of the leg etc.In this article,according to the platform in the initial design stage is given to calculate the basic method of weight and the empirical formula.Studies indicate,by optimizing the system design,simplified process technology,equipment and reasonable selection,selection and other measures,the weight of the platform,focus strictly controlled within the design range.Calculated using marine special software to establish working area in an integrated work force(wind,wave,current)model to calculate the overall external force platform downs stability,towing stability,ensure the safety and feasibility of the platform.Finite element software to build self-elevating platform model,by applying the environmental load and work load to determine the combined platform overall performance and stability of the platform.Studies indicate,the overall performance of the platform to meet the safety requirements in the various platforms working condition.Jack-up platform leg and pile boots are safety-critical structural relationships of the entire platform.Depending on the platform working conditions and working conditions reasonable selection of leg lengths,and using finite element analysis leg while the forces under the action of waves and currents,a reasonable choice leg material.On the basis of a large number of geological data on the detailed physics calculations and finite element analysis to a reasonable choice of pile shoe structure type,making the platform best meet the geological conditions related to the sea area.Studies indicate,for the target sea area determined leg and pile shoe size has the best performance ratio.
