With the rapid development of industrial technology,the degree of dependence on energy is higher and higher,and the expansion of oil refining equipment is the trend of the times.In order to reduce the cost of renovation device with high vertical tray of the device for expanding the capacity of transformation can obtain good economic benefits.Aiming at an efficient vertical tray,through numerical simulation of computer software,study the working principle and the cap on the stereo vertical tray cover the flow inside,tested and verified the effect of the scene tray after the installation of the device is completed.Calculation and analysis show that,due to the special structure of the cap cover,vertical tray can obviously increase the gas and liquid phase mass transfer and heat transfer effects.Gas and liquid phase get current contact and rise up inside the cap,high-speed airflow make the unstable liquid film broken into droplets diameter ranging from,gas and liquid phase mixed on the hood inner turbulent mixing,help to increase the two-phase mixing uniformity,mass transfer heat transfer effect better.Cap separating plate of the upper part make the gas-liquid flow return back,and then spray with each other with the bottom up gas-liquid flow,it enhance the mass transfer effect.Compared with ordinary bubbling trays,gas and liquid phases spray out from the level of the cap wall hole jet after thoroughly mixed heat and mass transfer in the cap,and then began to separate,vapor get into the upper layer of the tray,the liquid falls into the lower tray,the liquid is substantially free of bubble trays,shortening the liquid in the downcomer residence time,so that the tray handling capacity increases.Through the absorption tower for the transformation and application found,compared to the vertical tray and HTV valve tray,under the same amount of processing,the absorption effect was good,the contents of C3 in dry gas decreased by almost 40%;the pressure drop is about 20%;The processing power of the tower is about 20% when the yield is constant and the product is same;the operation elasticity is increased,and the operation elasticity is 70%~120%.
