With the increasing difficulty of sedimentary reservoir development,more and more large-scale volcanic rock reservoirs have been found,and people have paid more attention to volcanic rock reservoirs.Volcanic rock reservoirs are with fractures and solution pores dual pore medium,and they are heterogeneous.There are not special accurate prediction methods for the distribution of fractured reservoir type,oil and gas enrichment regularity.Volcanic reservoir logging evaluation study is another important area after the sandstone and carbonate reservoir logging reservoir evaluation.With the main research target of volcanic rocks in Junggar basin of Xinjiang exploration area,fine logging evaluation method and application research have been carried on for the geological features of volcanic rocks in the exploration area and complex reservoir types.It shows that the electric imaging logging and volcanic rock lithology recognition method(mainly with well logging formation elements),directly reflect the rock composition,rock structure and tectonic characteristics.They are indispensable logging series of volcanic rock reservoirs exploration and development;Combing Electric imaging and orthogonal multipole array acoustic logging is the most effective method to identify crack.We can intuitive identify cracks,accurately describe the occurrence of cracks,classify the fractures and provide complete fracture parameters by electricity imaging.We can also effectively identify and excluse induced joints and various filling slot,and divide the fracture intervals by orthogonal multipole array acoustic log;Complex lithology and reservoir pore space will cause the complicated pore structure.We can evaluate pore structure and accurately describe reservoir physical characteristics by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).In-situ stress analysis can effectively guide the orientation perforating,reduce construction pressure,increase production capacity,and provide the basis for injection-production well pattern deployment later at the same time.Electric imaging,nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and orthogonal multipole array acoustic logs are used for data analysis and interpretation,lithology identification,reservoir evaluation,geological interpretation and engineering parameter calculation,etc.The calculation of forecast and controlled reserves related geological parameters have been carried on,which have provided the technical support for various geological problems solving and better service to for exploration of xinjiang exploration area.These achieved good application effects.
