RIC is an indirect increase in material manufacturing metal parts of the production process which is formed by the combination of 3D printing and investment casting,and it has the advantages of mature process,low cost,no material limitation,manufacturing large parts and no need to remove the support compared with the direct additive manufacturing.The topology design of traditional structural parts,including topology optimization and lattice design,will give full play to the potential of the manufacturing process and promote the transformation of product design and manufacturing model.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,research on topology optimization design and analysis for RIC was studied.An integrated method of topology optimization was put forward in order to improve the efficiency of topology optimization of RIC parts,and it was described in detail through the robot.Then the optimization design of a bearing bracket on the aircraft was carried out by using the integrated topology optimization design method.Secondly,the forward topology design of lattice structure for RIC was studied.Analysis and forward topology design of Lattice Sandwich Structures in aerospace were carried out;and the Lattice Sandwich structure was used for the topology design of turbine blade,and three kinds of Lattice Structures Core form of the turbine blades were designed.The finite element analysis proves that the Lattice Structure turbine blades have higher thermodynamic performance than the traditional turbine blades.Lastly,simulation and analysis of investment casting of RIC parts were carried out.The plane bearing bracket and Pyramid lattice sandwich structure were used as design examples of positive topology and topology optimization,and the filling and solidification process were simulated by using ProCAST platform,and the shrinkage was predicted through the defect analysis.This paper provides a reference for the selection of casting process by analyzing the casting conditions of complex topological products.
