| Superalloy has excellent high-temperature-resistant properties.It’s the main material of aircraft engine,and also the typical difficult-to-machine material.Superalloy can be divided into wrought superalloy,cast superalloy and powder metallurgy superalloy according to the preparation process.For cast superalloy,shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity can’t be avoided when casting.To guarantee the quality of castings,sequential solidification is realized by arranging riser、chilling block and padding reasonably.And the paddings need to process to remove,and machining allowance is huge.It brings difficulties to processing.Research has been carried out on turning and grinding technology of cartridge receiver,the typical casting of cast superalloy.The main content is just as follows:(1)For interrupted turning and continuous turning,the effects of cutting speed and feed on cutting force and cutting temperature were studied wih carbide tool.It can provide evidence for tool wear in subsequent analysis.(2)For these two structures,the effects of cutting parameters on tool life were studied.Tool wear behaviors were tracked,and the wear patterns and wear mechanisms were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy based on cutting force and cutting temperature.Based on the effects of cutting parameters on cutting efficiency and material removal amount in tool life,the reference is provided for the optimization of process parameters in practical production.(3)Test platform was built on the lathe to achieve the function of grinding.For the interrupted structure,face grinding and internal grinding were tried to remove material.The effects of grinding parameters and the characteristics of grinding wheel on grinding performance were studied,taking grinding ratio,material removing rate and material removal amount in wheel life as the targets. |
