Social progress continuously,keeping on people's living standard exaltation.people continuously enhance to the appreciating beauty of product external appearance request.The shape of product also correspond of more complicated,More and more product are using free-form surface as their appearance.Especially in the aviation aerospace,car industrial,and electronics product,etc..In order to get complexity free-form surface.we need more accuracy machine and good mass production method.So all tooling for mass product need polish,and we should get good surface..But free-form surface can't describe by simple algorithm formulation.So studying freeform surface and tooling moving trajectory is more important.Of course the contacting status between toroidal tool and surface is key point.We will discuss these topic depending on experiment.Compare result between theory and data from testing.Depend on calculating model,we develop a new device,It can simulate contacting status easily.when we get experiment data,compare with calculating by MATLAB.We can verify accuracy and propriety of simulation device.Adopt a contact method,first consideration of the mechanical contact.we also can adopt pressure pickup sensor.but sensor price is expensive,should not use in this experiment.Therefore we will adopt the method of probe point contact.The free-form face can not describe by certain mathematical formula,the shape is random therefore,the contact point position is arbitrarily,so we need adjust probe needle freely.To match free-form surface,.How to adjust probe position is more important issue.How measuring the contact condition of probe and free-form face,is the core main factor of this experiment,Research theoretical of mental contact condition.Analyze currency status when electrical circuit working.we adopt photoelectricity to measure contact satus.it can display contact condition obviously.After an experiment,we will get actual data,and then we will compare it with theoretical value.
