| In recent years,along with China’s mining industry,manufacturing industry boom,long distance,high speed belt conveyor,large capacity and high power have been put into use,as the main carrier of the belt conveyor towards trestle,the large span and super length direction,due to the quality of light and bearing force,the steel structure is the best structure form only.Coal transporting trestle in thermal power station coal coal mine company is part of the production chain indispensable,if coal transporting trestle structure problems,the whole system will be paralyzed,seriously affect the production efficiency.A more than and 100 meter long Coal Institute of trestle,the analysis in this paper is the Shaanxi coal group Shenmu Ningtiaota Mining Co.Ltd.,the coal transporting trestle reinforced concrete support after being hit by a car,the steel truss part of the trestle collapse occurred.So the core content of this paper is to use the finite element software SAP2000 as a progressive collapse analysis of the performance of the trestle,that the cause of the collapse,a new coal stack redesign on the basis of theoretical analysis,and a dynamic detection experiment of the trestle before the new trestle put into use.The main content of the first part is based on the finite element software SAP2000,the demolition of reinforced concrete columns with the removal of the bottom pillar of the analysis of the collapse of the trestle.There are three kinds of working conditions for removing columns,which are static linear elastic analysis,static elastic plastic analysis and dynamic elastic analysis.According to the three different conditions of research,research on collapse performance of each type of analysis under the condition of trestle by the number of root the columns support the removal of the trestle,and the three conditions were compared.The reason that the most suitable method for the research of the performance of the coal and the collapse of the trestle collapse of the trestle,to provide the theoretical basis for the behind the design of the new trestle.The second part of the main content of the study is based on the first part of the study of the content of the design of a new trestle reconstruction program and the new trestle dynamic testing.The new design has improved the support of the old trestle and the lower stiffness of the support.On the trestle before using the dynamic detection experiment in new coal trestle officially put into,to verify whether the new trestle meet production requirements. |
