Recently,with the development of the micro-nano fluid system based on micronano technology,it has made remarkable achievements in machinery,biology,chemistry,medicine and other fields.At micro-Nano scale,the flow in micro-nano fluid system will be affected by some surface properties of solid-liquid interface which are often ignored at the macroscopic scale.Boundary slip is an important factor which affects the fluid resistance in micro-nano fluid system among these properties,and it has gained widespread attention and researchment from scholars worldwide.However,at micro-Nano scale especially on rough surfaces,roughness has brought many difficulties in the definition and measurement of boundary slip.Some researches believe that roughness will affect the boundary slip directly,while some researches think that there is no direct correlation between them.This dissertation has conducted a detailed study on boundary slip and surface roughness for the above issues.This research has theoretical analysed the impact mechanism of surface roughness on boundary slip measurement and set up a method to eliminate the measurement errors.The theoretical model of method to measure boundary slip base on CP-AFM has been established.The defining criteria of reference surface to measure boundary slip on rough surfaces both in Cassie state and Wenzel state has been clarified.The method to eliminate the errors of boundary slip measurement on rough surfaces based on CP-AFM has been set up.This study has obtained the boundary slip with different roughness by FEM simulation and measured the boundary slip using AFM.Then the results both from simulation and experiment have been contrastive analysed in order to validate the eliminating method and the method is verified to improve the measuring accuracy of boundary slip on rough surfaces based on CP-AFM.The research has a very wide range of applications.For example,the microfluidic device lab-on-a-chip fabricated by semiconductor integration technology can operate on micro fluids complexly and accurately,which is widely applied in the study of analytical chemistry,biomedicine,diagnostics and pharmacology.It has essential practical significance to transfer pharmaceuticals and chemical reagents within the micro-nano channel in these systems and devices.
