Object:In this study,a new triacyl dihydrofuran electron receptors(DCDHF-2-V)was synthesized.Taking DCDHF-2-V as intermediate,(DCDHF-2-V)-quinolone fluorescent probe was further designed.A new method for the detection of the content of quinolones was developed,and the optimtun reaction conditions were studied.At the same time,this experiment discussed its sensitization principle.Methods:A new type of electron acceptor,trichloride dihydrofuran was synthesized,and characterized by a series of methods.A new type of trichloride dihydrofuran-quinolone fluorescent probe was established by fluorescence spectrophotometry and determined the content of quinolones.Taking the new type of tricyanyl dihydrofuran were used as an electron acceptor,charge transfer products were synthesized,as follows the new type of Cetyl Dihydrofuran-Ciprofloxacin,Cetyl Dihydrofuran-Norfloxacin,Cetyl Dihydrofuran-Ofloxacin and Cetyl Dihydrofuran-Gatifloxacin.Moreover,a new method for the determination of the content of quinolones was established.Results:In the reaction conditions,a new type of electron acceptor,cyano-cyanohydrin,was synthesized and charaeterized by a series of chemical analysis.A stable charge transfer complex was synthesized by the new trichloride dihydrofuran reacts with quinolones,only in the appropriate reaction ratios,reaction temperatures,reaction times and PH.In this thesis,a general introduction to the fluorescent probe was presented.The fluorescent probe exhibit high sensitivity and high selectivit for sensing Quinolone drugs.Conclusion:A electron acceptor,a new type of triacyl dihydrofuran,was synthesized via chemical reactin.A stable charge transfer complexe was synthesized,by the new trichloride dihydrofuran reacts with quinolones.On the basis,the relationship between the novel trichloride dihydrofuran and quinolones was studied.Which provides a theoretical basis for the study of fluorescent probes.In this experiment,this fluorescent probes shows highly accuracy for dectecting the content of quinolone.
