| With the development of society,the increasing shortage of water resources and serious pollution of industrial water become the challenge of water treatment technology.Organic phosphate compounds is a type widely used for water treatment of the scale,but because the phosphorus lead to the environment eutrophication,and promote the growth of algae caused water pollution.Therefore,a series of water treatment technology has been developed rapidly.Water treatment scale products of the green,efficient and multi-functional has become the development direction of the scale inhibitor products.In this paper,maleic anhydride as main material synthesizes the new green inhibitors polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA),and tests the structure and characterization by infrared.The inhibition of PESA is evalued using static inhibition method,which provide basis in theory and experiment for PESA.As a result we can obtain the best dosage of PESA which is used by separately.And by the research of synergy effect of PESA,PBTC,HEDP,118 A and 8483,we get the best prescription when the PESA is main component,and the scale inhibition of rate is98.8%.In this paper,under the condition of acetic acid,acetic acid and amino sulfonic acid dopin g,by copolymerization of aniline and its derivatives the water-soluble polyaniline was prepar ed.The synthesis conditions were determined based on the corrosion inhibition properties of a niline derivatives,such as the mole ratio,monomer concentration,oxidant concentration,reac tion temperature and initiator.Among them,the synthesis conditions of HAc doped water-sol uble polyaniline: using acetic acid as the initiator,the optimum reaction conditions are: the m olar ratio of aniline and derivatives of 1:3,the monomer concentration is 0.5mol/L,a molar ra tio of ammonium sulfate and monomer was 0.8:1,reaction temperature is 50 C.The synthesis c onditions of HAc/SAA doped water-soluble polyaniline: acetic acid and sulfanilic acid as the initiator,the optimum reaction conditions are: the molar ratio of aniline and derivatives of 1:3,the monomer concentration is 0.5mol/L,a molar ratio of ammonium sulfate and monomer wa s 0.8:1,reaction temperature is 00 C,and water soluble polyaniline the best inhibition effect on carbon steel can reach 85.6%.The effects of HAc/SAA doped water-soluble polyaniline and other corrosion inhibitor effect,the results show that the improved inhibition effect of compou nd six methyl four amine and HAc/SAA doped water-soluble polyaniline compound,the inhi bition efficiency was 93.2%.This paper firstly studies the corrosion inhibition performance of thiourea and its HAc/S AA-PANI compound on carbon steel and stainless steel in acid corrosion system through wei ght loss method and polarization curve method.Secondly,through the study of the different h anging time,different temperature and different concentration of corrosion inhibitor in acidic solution,we find out the best corrosion inhibition time,temperature and the best inhibition co ncentration.Moreover,the corrosion inhibition performance of thiourea and amino thiourea o n different materials was compared.The results showed that thiourea was better corrosion inhi bitor for carbon steel and stainless steel.Was also investigated under 400 C,thiourea,thiourea and its corresponding amino compounds on two kinds of metal material corrosion performanc e,the results show that the thiourea and HAc/SAA-PANI compound corrosion of carbon steel and stainless steel are better than that of Thiosemicarbazone and their mixtures. |
