Modelling Research On CNC Machine Tool Thermal Error Based On Kalman Filter-GM Method

Three steps strategy of strong manufacturing Country is beginning to carry out with the China Manufacturing 2025 plan being come up with.However,as an industrial tool,CNC machine tools play an important role in the manufacturing.So,it’s very important to enhance the precision of the CNC machine tool.One of the methods to enhance the precision of CNC machine tool is establishing the error model of CNC machine tool and making some compensation.This paper is mainly about the measurement and model analysis of the CNC machine tool.The thermal error of CNC machine tool is one of the most influential errors in the CNC machine tool errors.According to the research of all around the world,this paper constructed the CNC machine tool experimental platform.The research is described from four parts: the measurement of thermal,the selecting of sensitive point of temperature,the establishment of the model,and the analysis of the model,the detail was shown as follows:(1)First the thermal error measurement platform was constructed,and then the sensitive temperature point was selected according to the theory of FCM and GM.The validity and accuracy of the data was assured by the selecting theory,thus,the data can be got.(2)The effect on the observation can be reduced based on the Kalman Filter-GM,and then the good estimate can be got.The model of CNC machine tool error can be established.In the establishment,this modeling method is steadily comparison with the LS method,so it’s a good method.(3)The residual modify model was established by the stimulating data and the modelling data,this method can make the forecast data be good.The GM was established based on the Kalman Filter method.Then the most estimate value can be got by the GM data fusion.(4)Comparison with the traditional model of LS and LS-SVM,the model based on Kalman Filter-GM can get a better forecast data.
