The modern machine is developing towards high speed,high precision,large load direction,the feed system is an important part of the NC machine tool,static and dynamic characteristics of feed system directly affects the machining quality and machining efficiency.In this paper,the mil ling turning compound machining center double drive feed system as the research object,the integrated use of theoretical modeling,finite element analysis,virtual prototype technology for static and dynamic simulation and Research on its research achieve ments are as follows:(1)Based on the Hertz contact theory,the model of the axial contact stiffness of the ball screw pair is established.Considering the combination of the effects of using the Workbench software to establish the finite element model of double drive feed system,and static simulation of the double feed system has been flooding in static conditions typical milling deformation nephogram.The static characteristics of single and double drive feed system are compared and analyzed.It is proved that the static characteristic of the double drive feed system is better than that of the single drive feed system.(2)according to the vibration theory,deduced the whole screw mode function and frequency equation,considering the ball screw,linear g uide and support bearing with the effect of dual drive feed system dynamics modeling and vibration differential equation according to Lagrange equation of double drive feed system.The mass matrix,stiffness matrix and damping matrix are obtained.(3)10 groups were established into joint special double drive feed system finite element model,the modal analysis of 10 groups of finite element model,the influence of screw and guide rail span to span double drive feed system dynamic characteristics are studie d,on the basis of modal analysis,the original double drive model through harmonic response the analysis,analyzed the effect of damping on the dynamic characteristics of the dual drive feed system,and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.Finally,the modal analysis is carried out for the ball screw pair in the double drive feed system.(4)the theory of multi rigid body dynamics is described,and the displacement and velocity and acceleration characteristics of the double drive feed system are analyzed by using the virtual prototype software ADAMS.
