The emulsified pumping station system is the main part of the coal mine’s comprehensive mechanization mechanization. Emulsion pump station system of security components, control components and auxiliary components such as quality and working condition directly affects the working performance of hydraulic support and use effect, which affects the safety operation of the downhole equipment. This article mainly through to the key components of the emulsion pump electromagnetic discharge valve and relief valve and other theoretical analysis and mathematical modeling and simulation, found that main influence factors of emulsion pump pressure control, to improve the pump station system, make the pump station system work more efficient and reliable.First of all, based on the analysis of the status quo of emulsion pump station system in common use at home and abroad and the performance influence factors, on the basis of according to the theory of the hydraulic system design, analysis the basic working conditions and working characteristics of emulsion pump station system.Second, to the relief valve and discharge valve as an example, analyzes its working process and the stress distribution, the mathematical model of the safety valve of steady-state operation to determine the structure of the safety valve, pressure, flow rate, the relationship between the parameters, such as to provide theoretical basis for practical application and the subsequent simulation modeling. Then, influence the key components for safe operation of the downhole safety valve and discharge valve simulation modeling, simulation analysis of different spring pre-tightening force and the main valve damping hole diameter and different control valve operating characteristics, when the piston diameter pilot valve piston internal pressure change and the relationship after the pump pressure, etc., study the main factors influencing the dynamic characteristics of the valve. Finally, a simulation analysis is carried out to improve the pumping station system based on the actual problem of the coal emulsified pumping station system.In this paper, combined with practical experience, the emulsion pump system modeling and simulation analysis, provides reference for the debugging and improvement of system,shorten the pump station system maintenance time, maximize benefits.
