Study on the safety evaluation index system of coal mine,will contribute to the analysis of the relationship between the context of safety factors,and clear the safety management idea,also,it is the effective way to further understand the accident causing theory and safety research direction,and have important theoretical and practical significance on the evaluation of coal mine safety management ability,and to take effective measures.First of all,using the accident causing theory to analyze the description of object of manmachine-environment-management-model-of-Shen-Hua-Bao-Ri-Xi-Le coal mine in micro lev el,Secondly,combined with literature analysis and critical incident interviews,in-depth analysis of the reasons cause the frequent accidents in Shen Hua Bao Ri Xi Le coal mine from subject object,intermediary and other aspects.Using factor analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation-and-other-research-methods,to explore the relationship between influence factors,and set up the safety evaluation system of Shen Hua Bao Ri Xi Le coal mining.Finally,to evaluate the Shen Hua Bao Ri Xi Le coal mine using the safety evaluation index system,comes to two conclusions:First,the membership of Shen Hua Bao Ri Xi Le coal mine safety evaluation is the largest of the "good" level,and then is "excellent",followed by "middle ",the membership of "excellent" is very close to " middle ".Second,in terms of equipment factors the membership of Shen Hua Bao Ri Xi le coal mine belongs to the "excellent" degree largest,in terms of management factors the member ship belongs to the "good" degree largest,this shows that there is still room for improvement in the management of employees and in the rescue measures after the accident.
