| Since the reform and opening up,China has been focusing on economic development,economic construction as the center of the government work ideas for economic development provides a strong guarantee,but the economic development of the same time,natural resources has also suffered huge damage.At the same time,because of the development of our country,the productivity level is lower,and the utilization rate of resources and energy is lower.In the process of economic development,there is a waste of resources and serious environmental pollution.Specific performance for the industrial production of waste gas,waste water,waste water,and the sharp drop in the forest,soil erosion,etc..Jinjiang continues to reform and opening up,has always been the extensive economic development model,facing serious problems of resources and environment.Firstly,this paper introduces environmental protection supervision mechanism and environmental regulation characteristics in Jinjiang,and analyzes the dilemma of environmental protection supervision and the cause in Jin Jiang.This paper summarizes foreign environmental protection supervision experience for reference and study.Finally,put forward Environmental Protection regulatory reform proposal for Jinjiang City,and provide reference for improving our country’s environmental protection supervision. |
