Thanks to the characteristics of rapid solidification,semi-solid forming,near-final forming,Spray deposition technology has been widely used in the preparation of high performance metal alloy materials.The key core technology of the technology is mainly reflected in two aspects: the atomization of the metal melt and the deposition of the droplets.This paper mainly in view of the above two aspects,take form of comparative analysis,study of spray forming atomizer atomization effect and the atomized droplets deposition,analysis of influence of different nebulizer and different gas atomization temperature of metal melt atomization quality,explore deposited billets the characteristics of self-regulating,to provide certain theoretical basis for the practical production.Using ANSYS FLUENT software,the simulation method research based on the analysis of the different structure of flow field distribution and the atomization effect of atomizer.Starting from the two typical structure of atomizer,comparative analysis of the limit type atomizer and non restrictive structure atomization atomization effect and their respective advantages and disadvantages of a liquid guide pipe diameter,jet angle influence on the atomization effect.Further,a comparative study of the atomization effect of annular type atomizer and loop type atomizer.The growth mechanism of ingot is studied and analyzed.And deposition locus method and quality tiling method based on established billet deposition process mathematical model,on deposition process of the characteristics of self-regulating are analyzed and simulation,analysis of the atomizer installation eccentric distance,the initial tilt angle and other parameters of the characteristics of self-regulating of the influence of and study the convergence conditions of the characteristics of self-regulation to obtain the critical range of parameter convergence.The growth mechanism of the deposition of ingot is studied.To quality tiling method as the foundation,the establishment of theoretical model of deposited billets self-regulating,the the characteristics of self-regulation of convergence conditions and the range of the critical parameters and analysis nozzle mass flow rate,installation eccentric distance,jet height,initial tilt angle,the range of scanning angle parameters of the characteristics of self-regulating of effect.On the basis of the above analysis,the experimental verification of the effect of the metal liquid atomization and the self-adjustment of the ingot blank is carried out.The experimental results and simulation results are consistent,which shows that the research route,research methods and conclusions of this paper are correct.
