A Reseach Of Urban Eco-civilization Indicator System Establishment And Evaluation In Wenzhou

As a completely new kind of civilization,eco-civilization is the best way to solve the problems of urbanissues,to build a harmonious society and to ach ievesustainable development.The eco-civilization indicator system is the measure of civilization;it can show the development process of a city accurately.Indicator systemwhich refines all aspect of eco-civilization construction into comp arableindicators can fully reflect the characteristics of eco-civilization.Therefore,it has a necessary and positive implication for the urban eco-civilizationconst ruction.This paper consists of four aspects,including backgroundinvestigation,a review of current research abroad and domestics,the researchmethod presentation and results of the research.Firstly,this paper gives a definitionof eco-civilization and eco-civilization urban construction,respectively,basedon the generation of eco-civilization,the concept of eco-civilization,and thecharacteristics of urban civilization,analysis the operating mode of eco-civilizationurban system,describes the basic urban eco-civilization construction theory,like ecological carrying capacity,ecological economics and so on.Secondly,thisarticle gives a definition of how to decide the indicators and weight of eco-civilizationindicator,and then takes a case study of Wen Zhou,according to the design principleand the analyses of current situation,restrictive factors and the favorable conditions;we establish an eco-civilization indicator system.Presenting an evaluation ofthe contracture status between 2003 and 2012 based on this indicator system.Accordingto the actual situation,a recommendation about eco-civilization urbanconstruction has been presentat last.This paper analyzes a specific example,inorder to provide a more objective reference and upgrade the constructionprocess.
