| Filling mining is the fundamental way to solve the problem of "three coal pressing" the research progress of mining methods is not obvious,At this stage,filling mining technology still can not meet the green concept of efficient and environmental protection.The important reason is that the equipment and technology of filling mining can not meet the requirements of mining and filling in the face.Based on the theoretical analysis and simulation research methods,the geological conditions of the 10203 working face of Xinyang coal mine in Fenxi group are taken as the background.Four aspects of research are carried out,namely,the support of the mine,the mechanical relationship of the surrounding rock,the three-dimensional model of the support and the simulation experiment of the press frame,the finite element analysis of the ANSYS support structure,and the construction and Simulation of the hydraulic system model of the support.First of all,the equivalent spring support model of the filling system is established on the basis of the analysis of the load on the support and surrounding rock,and it based on the basic theory of rock pressure.Based on the analysis of the interaction relationship between the filling support and the surrounding rock,the calculation formula of the initial support force of the filling support is established by referring to the formation law of the strength of the filling body.It is found that the initial force increases with the increase of compression ratio of the filling body.With the increase of the advancing distance of the working face,the initial support force of the filling bracket increases in logarithmic form,and gradually tends to be stable.Secondly,analysis of the relationship between support and surrounding rock filling on the basis of the theory on the basic design principles of Xinyang mine original support structure parameters and hydraulic support on the paste filling working face filling hydraulic support for the auxiliary mechanism analysis and optimization and the main bearing structure of 3D modeling.Furthermore,through the ANSYS finite element analysis,the support frame torsion,concentrated loading,roof bias load,middle and both ends of the loading test were carried out.It is concluded that the top load of the filling support at the initial filling stage is the maximum under the torsional loading condition,and the maximum stress is 139.91 MPa.The stress of the back column of the support is generally larger.The above conclusions provide certain data support for the optimization of filling support.Finally,according to the actual situation of the mine,the paper established the simulation model of the hydraulic system for filling hydraulic support,support system,simulation of parts working state of the control system,get the column filling mining early column characteristics: the column setting stage,with the time increasing column increased,when the time reaches 12.3s complete the lifting column and up to 2.1m.At the same time analyzed in the early stage of paste filling,opening and closing characteristics of hydraulic system safety valve,stress,displacement,speed characteristics of the spool.The roof of the bracket with pressure,the pilot valve generates periodic stress results.Through this research,enrich the paste filling mining,paste filling support structure,research in the field of paste filling hydraulic support system of the content,but also for the optimization of the overall design of the stent provides multi angle reference. |
