| Belt conveyor of mine is an important part of fully-mechanized coal mining equipments,mainly used as the transport of bulk materials,which is the key point to the production efficiency of fully-mechanized working face.Use tensioning device to provide the running conveyor belt tension,and ensure the normal operation of belt conveyor.For long belt conveyor,the dynamic characteristics of its tensioning device can affect the belt conveyor performance directly.So there is a great importance to have a research on conveyor belt tensioning device.With the development of belt conveyor,tensioning device dynamic characteristics affect the performance of belt conveyor more and more.Due to the characteristics of creep,make belt conveyor relax due to its longer length in the operation process,system are strongly nonlinear and time-varying,which require tension of belt must be continuously controlled to adapt to the dynamic change of load.Make computing analysis of belt tension conditions in the different condition on the DSJ160/350/3×500 type extensible belt conveyor with pointapplanation tonometry method.Put forward and completed the design of the new type tensioning device design method-variable frequency automatic tensioning device of belt conveyor with permanent magnet synchronous motor.The new type tensioning device use permanent magnet synchronous motor and frequency converter as the driving mechanism of tension system,which greatly simplifies the mechanical structure,and fundamentally solve the problem of hydraulic tensioning devices,such as high failure rate,slow speed of response,etc.Use AMESim and Matlab tool to make the simulation analyze on the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor,and analysis the simulation results.In the condition of full load,we can get the following ideas through the analysis of the moving trolley and conveyor belt point displacement curve,speed curve and tension curve.The tail part start 59 s later than belt conveyor start part,and the acceleration is greater than the head acceleration,which can lead to shocks easily.In s Tab.operation,the nose tension is about four times that of the tail tension,the nose drive roller,frame,discharging roller are more likely to damage compared with the tail institutions.The tail start at 410 s,and the tensioning device begins to action at 413 s,the adjustment for belt tension change of the tensioning device has certain hysteresis,the time delay is about 3s;Variable frequency automatic tensioning device of belt conveyor with permanent magnet synchronous motor can easily adjust the change of conveyor belt tension,and meet the needs of conveyor belt.When simulation on the different kind of belt conveyor with variable frequency automatic tensioning device of belt conveyor with permanent magnet synchronous motor,following ideas can be concluded.The tensioning device need to output more power when in the full load condition than in the no-load condition,and the driving drum tight side tension is much larger at the same time.The elastic modulus of conveyor belt,there are the greater the peak of moving trolley speed,the longer the time needed,the longer the displacement of the car,and the smaller the elastic wave speed in the conveyor belt.Conveyor belt creep coefficient influences the system stability,the greater creep coefficient,the smaller fluctuation. |
