Abstract/Summary:
With rapid development of science and technology, people’s material demand has increased,to further improve the standard of living, people paid more and more attention to start into the advanced, scientific and convenient living products, subsequently, many new products were manufactured. The adsorption material in social production and human life occupies a pivotal position in the purification, sewage treatment, air, soil remediation and other aspects have a remarkable contribution. At present, the processing technology of chemical wastewater renovation, water treatment system has been further improved, compared with other processing techniques, adsorption technology plays an important role in other technologies can not be replaced in the sewage treatment. In this paper,in order to acquire a special structure and properties of new multifunctional adsorption materials, the modified bentonites were prepared by selecting different surfactants, and adopting modern analytical characterization methods explored adsorption performance and structure of the modified bentonite between the structure of a effect relationship, and delving into the modified bentonite adsorption of different dyes, trying to broaden the scope of the application of bentonite adsorption material in wastewater treatment,to improve water treatment technology provided a new direction and technology base. This paper had obtained the following results:(1)Through the hydrothermal preparation of anionic and cationic surfactant modified bentonite and the characteristic of the structure of modified bentonites were analyzed by using XRD,SEM,FT-IR and N2 adsorption-desorption characterization methods. The characterization results showed that the anionic surfactant(sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,SDBS)as modifier, the layer spacing of bentonite reduced from1.50 nm to 1.25 nm,specific surface area increased slightly from 74.351 m2/g to 81.680 m2/g,but the basic skeleton did not damaged; And cationic surfactants(cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide,CTAB)as modifier, the layer spacing of bentonite Evidently increased to 2.04 nm,specific surface area decreased to 32.735 m2/g,and surface morphology slightly changed, but base frame was not damaged.(2)The adsorption experimental results showed that the anionic surfactant modified bentonite on the removal rate of Rhodamine B was only 64.90%,which was lower than the unmodified sodium base bentonite, and the cationic surfactant modified bentonite on Rhodamine B removal rate reached 94.2%,far higher than that of sodium base bentonite and anionic surfactant modified bentonite. The same time, the paper explored the removal effect of CTAB modified bentonite for different dyes.CTAB modified bentonite to the removal rate of Lissamine Rhodamine B was 99.9%,the removal rate of acid red 1 was 94.1%.In addition,on the best experimental conditions(adsorbent additive quantity of 0.1 g,temperature of 30 ℃,Rhodamine B,Lissamine Rhodamine B and Acid red 1 of initial concentration of 300 mg/L,Lissamine Rhodamine B the best pH value of 5.0,Rhodamine B the best pH value of 9.0,the best pH value of acid red 1 8.0),CTAB-bentonite adsorption quantity of Lissamine Rhodamine B reached 177.18 mg/g,adsorption of Rhodamine B was 173.54 mg/g,and the adsorption of acid red 1 was 157.42 mg/g.The above results had fully illustrated that the CTAB modification of bentonite had broad application prospects and made great contribution for the printing and dyeing wastewater purification.
