Set up water purification station in coal mine to purify and soften mine water,to a certain extent,which can reduce the pressure of water environment protection and improve mine economic and environmental benefits.At present,in LuAn's Wang-zhuang coal mine and Chang-cun coal mine,a combination method that purify water tank + spray pump + soften water tank was adopted to realize partial recycling of mine water,but there were some problems such as large and cumbersome equipments,poor filtration precision,easily blocked,difficult to remove cumulate dirt at the bottom of tanks and low degree of automation etc.Based on the above situation,the paper puts forward an automatic online water purification station that is used in fully mechanized working face,and from four major aspects,which include mechanical structure design,elastic-plastic mechanics analysis,statics analysis and hydraulic system design,to study it.Based on the analysis of surface filtration mechanism and deep filtration mechanism,the paper use SolidWorks to establish the three-dimensional structure model of water purification station,and design the level four filter unit in accordance with the principle of improving filtration precision step by step: level 1 perforated plate filter,select 8mm round hole filter plate and according to 60°plum to arrange round hole;level 2 slit type filter,select 2mm wedge wire and open rate is 0.99%;level 3 fiber filter,select the rotor fiber filter material as filter medium;level 4 folder filter,select the Poly-Fluoro that its filtration precision is 5?m and reject rate is more than 90%.These can improve the filtering accuracy and guarantee water quality to a great extent.In order to ensure the safe operation of equipments,the ANSYS finite element method is used to analyze and predict the residual stress of spherical tank girth weld,by using the “element birth and death” technique and under the action of volumetric heat sources,we get the temperature field and stress field of spherical tank.Result shows that meridional residual stress reached the maximum 510 Mpa at the junction of solder and base metal which was located on the outer surface of spherical tank,the peak of zonal residual stress appeared in the weld center;but on the inner surface of spherical tank,two directional residual stress got maximum value in the equatorial position and were all below 420 Mpa;The welding residual stress decreases gradually along the weld penetration direction.In order to meet the requirements of lightweight of coal mine equipment,the paper uses the Statics Structural analysis module of Workbench to analyze stress distribution of fiber filter under internal pressure.On this basic,invoking direct optimization module and selecting Screening optimization method to optimize the wall thickness of fiber filter,the analysis results show that the total mass of fiber filter from 553.15 Kg to 392.79 Kg,the quality is reduced by about 29% and the optimization effect is obvious.In order to improve the degree of automation of water purification station and the reliability of system,the paper according to four level filtering order and backwash principle of slit type filter and fiber filter to design the backwash hydraulic circuit of water purification station and hydraulic control circuit.Among them,the backwash hydraulic circuit contains five working mode: the normal filter mode,L tank reverse flushing mode,L tank forward flushing mode,R tank reverse flushing mode,R tank forward flushing mode.And establishing a logic control structure of hydraulic system,which makes the opening and closing of flame-proof electric ball valves and the switching of electromagnetic directional valve more safe and reliable.Automatic online water purification station has the advantages of compact structure,reliable valves and high degree of automation.At the same time,the realization of normal filter and automatic backwash function improve the intelligence level of system,the free switch of five working mode guarantees the continuity of water supply.It is of great significance to the construction of digitization mine,intelligent mine and intensive mine.
