Pump as the common equipment of material transfer and energy conversion,in petroleum and chemical industry,play an important role in whole process,however,often occurs mechanical failure due to the friction and wear in the practice.Lubricating oil,a lubricant of pumps,are commonly used to decrease friction and wear,reduce the temperature,buffer shock absorption and formation of seal,but it also carry a large number of wear and lubrication information.So this paper come up with a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on oil monitoring technology to evaluate the wear of the pump.Based on oil monitoring technology of pump wear state fuzzy tomographic comprehensive evaluation mainly includes the following four aspects: Firstly,this paper introduces the contents and related knowledge of the oil monitoring technology,and formulates the corresponding monitoring method,sampling requirements,sampling period,and the result feedback forms,etc.on site equipment working condition,as well as the basic principle of the detection technology and the meaning of testing results.Secondly,according to the different detection technology establish evaluation index system,which contains the target layer,criterion layer and index layer,and the parameters of the index layer of each index were classified research.In the evaluate process,different weights reflect the difference of contribution values of indicators.So in this paper,a criterion layer be used as the unit to empowerment of its subordinate index layer indicators,separately carries on the subjective empower and objective empower,reoccupy multiplication integration means to empower.Establishing the subordinate relations is the core of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,The paper by fuzzy distribution method to bulid the membership function to reflect the membership between index layer and target layer.,a fuzzy operator,be used to compound the evaluation matrix and weight.By the factor set,evaluation set,weight set,subordinaterelations and fuzzy synthesis model,to built the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of chromatography of pump wear state which based on the oil monitoring technology.Besides,based on the scene data,evaluate the wear conditions of a pump by the direction of bottom to up.Finally,the membership of normal wear state will be as parameters to predict the degree of wear and tear of pump in the method of GM(1,1),compare the prediction result and the actual evaluation result to calculate accuracy and verify the correctness. |
