This paper used the template method to synthesize nanoalumina,respectively using Arabia gum powder as the template,Arabia gum powder and P123 mixed reagent as template,using aluminum sulfate as aluminum source and urea as the precipitating agent.The prepared aluminais characterized by XRD,IR,SEM,TEM,N2 adsorption desorption analysis methods.The effects of synthetictemperature,synthetic time,the template added quality,mixed template ratio and calcination temperature on the structure of the products are studied.Experiments show that when take Arabia gum power as templates,the synthetic temperature,synthetic time,the template added quality have the huge influence on the morphology and structure of alumina.When the synthetic temperature is 140℃,the synthetic time is 3h,Arabia gum power is 1.0g,the precursors are calcined at 600℃ for 2h to obtain spherical alumina.The sphericity of the particles is higher,the surface area is 184.6m3/g,theaverage pore size is about 3.6nm and 8.5nm Among them,the distribution of small pore size is concentrated,and the distribution of large pore size is relatively wide.Compared with using Arabia gum powder as template,the alumina is different in morphology and structure,which synthsized by double template(Arabia gum power and P123)in water environment.When the P123 and Arabia gum powder mass ratio is 1:1,the morphology of the alumina is the best,uniform size,good dispersion,the averagev pore size is about 13.1nm,the distribution of pore size is wide,the surface is 159.1m2/g,the pore volume is 0.30cm3 /g.The results show that the addition of P123 is helpful to the development of crystal structure.This alumina have some differences in morphology and structure,which is prepared under different calcination temperature.The results show that when the temperature is 600℃,the morphology of alumina is the best,most of them are spherical particles,the surface of particles is smooth,and thephenomenon of twin is low.With the increase of calcination temperature,the product transformed fromamorphous boehmite into γ-Al2O3,then transformed into α-Al2O3.
