Bulk MoP were prepared by coprecipitation and in situ temperature-programmed reduction in hydrogen.And 4,6-DMDBT?TH-4,6-DMDBT?HH-4,6-DMDBT was synthesized.The hydrodesulfurization reaction of 4,6-DMDBT and its hydrogenated intermediates on the MoP catalyst was studied in a fixed bed reactor.The effect of piperidine on the reaction was investigated.The catalytic performance of the MoP catalyst was investigated.The reaction rate constants of the reaction steps in the 4,6-DMDBT hydrodesulfurization reaction network was calculated and the reaction mechanism of 4,6-DMDBT over MoP catalyst was studied.HDS of 4,6-DMDBT over bulk MoP occurrs predominantly through the hydrogenation(HYD)pathway.The dehydrogenation of HH-4,6-DMDBT is the fastest reaction step in the reaction network,and the direct desulfurization reaction of 4,6-DMDBT is the slowest step in the reaction network.The dehydrogenation activity of the MoP catalyst on 4,6-DMDBT is very high.Piperidine inhibit the HDS reaction of 4,6-DMDBT and its intermediates over the bulk MoP.The cleavage of C-S bonds in 4,6-DMDBT and its hydrogenated intermediates over bulk MoP catalyst follows the mechanism of hydrogenolysis. |
