Ramie fiber is a kind of natural textile fibers,which can be used in the textile industry.The following works have been finished by combining experimental analysis,theoretical study and discrete element analysis.Building reasonable ramie stalks of grain model.It has important scientific significance and practical value to study the ramie stalks stripping mechanism.After the research,the primary results can be obtained:(1)The HD-B604-S computer servo tensile testing machine and TF-2056 B cantilever beam impact testing machine are adopted for different moisture content under different parts of the ramie stalks,having static stretched its impact test and dynamic test.Test data show that the lower part of ramie stalks of diametral tensile stripping force is the largest,the largest average maximum lateral stripping force is 1.9977 N.As the moisture content lower diametral stripping force become larger;And stem upper axial tensile stripping force is the largest,the largest axial average stripping force is 157.998 N,with the decrease of moisture content to reduce,the axial stripping force decreases.Stem upper of the strike stripping energy is the largest,the largest strike stripping energy is 0.384 J,with the decrease of moisture content reduce,it also decreases.(2)The main core working parts of the existing ramie stalks separation technology is the peel jute roller gear structure.In this paper,based on the core working parts,building the new stem separation test bench.Ramie stalks separation process is completed by broken bone and hemp hemp separation instantaneous.Relational expression about fracture and separation energy of roller tooth force on hemp stalk was deduced.Analysised the influence of structure parameters on the stalks bearing separation.The study revealed the mechanism of separation of ramie stalks.(3)Stem separation and roller gear was established by applying the EDEM software discrete element model of interaction.Using the virtual model is set up for simulation platform.To take off the bone mass and remaining quantity as evaluation standard,the four factors five levels of orthogonal test method.The parameters of the structure of roller teeth and stem separation effect simulation analysis.The simulation results show that the optimal combination is press roller speed:150r/min,depth of the mesh:12mm,strip roller speed:800r/min,the number of jute roller teeth:20.According to orthogonal test the bestparameter combination bench test experiment was carried out,stem separation to take off the bone at a rate of 98.5%.The theory research for ramie stalks separation mechanism provides a new research method.At the same time it also provides the theory basis for developing new ramie stalks separation machinery and equipment.
