The polystyrene were grafted to polybutadiene latex(PB-g-PS),and its stability of PB-g-PS cement modifier and its modification on cement mortar is studied,several specific works,as follows:The PB-g–PS emulsion were prepared.and its stability of PB-g-PS latex in the cement was improved by joining the twain-20.The effect of content of monomer and twain-20 on Ca2+stability,mechanical stability,dilution stability,freeze-thaw stability PB-g-PS cement modifier were studied,the results showed that the more monomer added,the less the stability of the emulsion is,the more Twain-20 joined,the better the stability of the cement modifieris.And to join in latex accounts for 3%,5% and 7% of solid quality twain-20,the preparation of three kinds of cement modifying agent.Water cement ratio of 0.5(mass ratio),the three kinds of modifier was used to prepare latex modified cement mortar,cement is investigated twain-20 content and ash than modified mortar work performance,the mechanic performance,and the influence of water absorption rate.Research has shown that in certain dosage range,modified mortar fluidity with twain-20 increase with the increase of the content and ratio of polymer;Three kinds of cement modifying agent can significantly reduce the bibulous rate of modified mortar;Suitable cement dosage of modifier and twain-20,can make the mechanical properties of mortar less loss.Using SEM observation of the bridge,the interpenetrating network and pore,the performance of the slurry to improve due to change of the structure.And analyzes the mechanism of the twain – 20 that is the isolation effect of water molecules layer.
