Functional polymer materials are the most rapidly developed areas in the field of polymer materials science,and the highest degree of intersection with other scientific fields.Its unique physical properties and its structural characteristics,has become the focus of the research object,such as mesoporous polymer materials.Because of its large specific surface area,adjustable pore size and regular pore structure,it has been widely used in the fields of organic catalysis,environmental protection,biology and medicine.In this essay,the preparation of low cost,good hydrophobicity,high stability,strong alkali resistance of mesoporous phenolic resin as a carrier,the direct use of physical blending method of supported nano metal particles,on the other hand the amino functionalization and modification on the in situ copolymerization.By hydrothermal reduction technique combined with in situ copolymerization step,solvent evaporation induced self-assembly technology,has ordered mesoporous structure of phenolic resin was synthesized through a series of characterization techniques and preliminary application of structure-activity relationship of materials made of.This thesis is divided into two parts,the first part of the study is under alkaline condition,phenol formaldehyde copolymer form oligomers,using ethanol as the solvent evaporation induced self-assembly technology,using nonionic surfactant EO-PO polyether type F127 structure directing agent solvent since six dimensional synthesis of ordered mesoporous phenolic resin carrier.Based on the good toughness of phenolic resin itself,a large number of phenolic hydroxyl groups,and strong adsorption of nano metal particles.By physical blending,grinding using phenolic resin and copper,and copper nano dispersed mesoporous composite materials with good.In this process,no need to add any reducing agent,directly to obtain nano metal particles,simple operation.After several times,the catalyst can maintain good catalytic performance.The second part is the study of the hydrothermal reduction technique combined with in situ copolymerization step,under alkaline conditions,phenol and formaldehyde induced and m-nitrophenol oligomer self-assembly with nonionic surfactant EO-PO polyether F127 structure directing agent,preparation of highly ordered amino functions with low cost and high yield of 3D body centered cubic mesoporous polymer nanoparticles.Based on the short pore structure and the amino group in the sphere,it is suitable for the adsorption of heavy metal ions.In this essay,the synthesis of polymer materials have good catalytic performance,and from synthesis to applications,implementing the concept of green chemistry,to achieve a certain degree of green chemistry and atom economy effect,promote the development of green chemistry.
